The terms that apply when you use this website or ask us to help with Google reviews.
Using this website
The guides and tools on thereviewremover.com are general information. They are not legal advice. Google alone decides whether a review is removed, and its policies and processes can change without notice.
The free review check
The review check is free and does not commit you to anything. We tell you which reviews we think break Google's policies or UK law, and which do not.
Fees
- Before any work starts we confirm in writing which reviews we will work on and the fixed fee for each.
- You only pay for a review once it has been removed from your Google Business Profile. If a review is not removed, you pay nothing for it.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days.
- If a removed review is restored by Google within 30 days, we will work on it again at no extra cost or refund that review's fee.
Your part
- You must own or be authorised to manage the Business Profile concerned.
- The information and evidence you give us must be true. We will not report a review we believe is genuine and within Google's rules.
- You must not pay, offer anything to, or pressure a reviewer to change or remove a review while we work on it.
Our part
- We only use Google's official reporting, appeal and legal request processes. We never write, buy or sell reviews and never ask for your Google password.
- We do not guarantee that any review will be removed.
- We are not a law firm. Where a case needs legal action we will say so, and any solicitor you instruct works for you under their own terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any case is limited to the fees you paid us for that case, and we are not liable for loss of profit or business, or for decisions made by Google.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also use your local courts.
