What we do

A handful of fake or malicious reviews can knock a small business from 4.6 to 3.9 in a week. Google has rules against those reviews, but its reporting process gives you one click and no feedback, and a report without evidence is often refused.

We do the part Google leaves to you. We check each review against Google's content policies, gather the evidence that shows which rule it breaks, file the report through Google's own tools and use the one appeal Google allows if the first answer is no. For reviews that are false and damaging, we help you prepare the case for Google's legal removal process and point you to a solicitor if it needs one.

How we work

• We never write, buy or sell reviewsFake reviews are illegal in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and against Google's rules.

What we are not

We are not Google and we are not connected to Google in any way. Google alone decides whether a review comes down. We are also not a law firm and our guides are general information, not legal advice.
